General Questions

  • Q: How Are Litigation Expenses Handled?

A: The preparation and handling of a lawsuit necessarily involves the expenditure of money for court and filing fees, investigation expenses, transcript costs, charges for medical records and reports, expert witness fees and other costs. As a courtesy to our clients, and in recognition of the fact that some of our clients would find it burdensome to pay these expenses, we always advance these costs. These expenses are reimbursed at the conclusion of the case.
